Trip To Savannah

28 Oct

This past weekend we went on a family trip to Savannah. We actually took a train from Orlando to our destination. The trip was a lot of fun, but getting there was not. We were in the train car for 7 hours with a very mobile 11 month old. She was pretty good, but when she was having fits it was screaming and everything. She just wanted to run around.

Once we got there we had a good time seeing the historical sites, eating at Paula Dean’s restaurant and taking a ghost tour. Yes, a ghost tour. It was really cool and not cheesy like you are probably thinking. There was a lot of history included in the tour along with some pretty freaky stuff. We did the tour just for fun, but I learned more about the city on it.

The ride back home was so much better. She slept for about 2 hours and chilled the rest of the ride. She did get a little antsy, but who can blame her?

My DSLR is broken so I had to take my point and shoot. I got a few pictures, but not of the best quality because of it. They are mostly of Rylie, but there are some of the sites too.

It was so yummy!

Old Pink House...they say it is haunted.

So tired! Resting with her new "Monk Monk"
